5 and a half years ago, I weighed 322lbs.
I had an eating disorder and wasn’t even aware of it at the time.
The weight kept piling on throughout school, college, and even after my pregnancy - and I had no idea I had a problem.
My son was playing on the living room floor while I was sitting on the couch. He asked me to come and join him…
…and I said no.
Because I had zero energy and didn’t want to get up because it felt like too much effort.

I went on to lose over 150lbs, become a certified personal trainer, and even overcome thyroid cancer along the way.
